Interior Design and Styling
Once the plan is settled, the design turns it into a place: how it is lit, what it is made of, and what it feels like to be in at seven in the evening.
Specific, not approximate
The difference between a design that survives contact with a contractor and one that does not is specificity. “Warm wood tone” is a mood; a named veneer, a grain direction, a matt finish and a sample you have signed is a specification. We take every material to that level before work starts, because that is the point at which a quotation means something.
Light is designed, not added
Lighting is worked out with the ceiling, not after it. General light for the room, task light where something actually happens, and accent light to give the room somewhere to look. Circuit grouping and switch positions are drawn at the same time, so you are not reaching for the wrong switch for the next decade.
Where taste comes in
The concept is yours. Our job is to hold it steady across forty decisions so the finished room reads as one idea rather than forty good ones fighting.
