Execution and Site Coordination

A design is only as good as what gets built. From the initial concept to project completion we provide end-to-end support, and site visits are the part of that which actually protects the result.

What site coordination actually is

It is checking, repeatedly, that what is being built matches what was drawn, and catching the differences while they are still cheap to fix. Levels before tiling, plumbing points before they are buried, joinery dimensions before the carcass is closed, and shade and batch on every material delivered.

Sequencing

Most site delays are sequencing failures rather than slow work. Electrical before plaster, waterproofing before screed, joinery templates after the floor is down. Planning the order properly is the difference between a site that progresses and one where the same wall is opened three times.

Handover

The snag list is walked with you rather than handed to you, closed item by item, and then re-checked. Finish and hardware details are recorded so whoever maintains the space later can match them.
